Return/Exchange Policy
It is very important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied about an item, Email us at butterflywingsprincessthings@gmail.com.
There are no refunds, returns or exchanges accepted unless the item(s) received are wrong item/size or damaged.
*It is common for custom made items to have extra strings that may need to be snipped, we try our best to catch everyone. This doesn't mean the garment is going to fall apart but if such circumstances happen send me pictures.
Please send a photo(s) with your request for proof of claims. Without photos, we cannot process your claim. Item must be shipped back to us in the original condition and received in order for refund, exchange or return to be processed. Shipping is NOT refunded once the item has already been shipped to you. The cost of the item will ONLY be refunded.
*CLEARANCE/SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during shipping once they are in the hands of the shipping courier. I will do my best to try and help locate the item and file a claim if there is insurance on the package. I do not refund lost items from the mail.
*No refunds for items shipped to the wrong address. If I'm not alerted to an address change I cannot refund for items not forwarded to you.
*Please allow 72 hours for a refund/return to be processed.
